A 4% solution in water has a honey-like consistency
An 8-10% solution is a non-flowing gel let solution stand for 24 hours before use)
This product may also be dissolved in alcohol to produce solutions where water
is not desirable
Ethulose solutions do not support the growth of bacteria or mould
